Treasure U Membership Terms

Once you choose to become a Treasure U member, you understand that you will be charged £20/$27 per month, which becomes store credit, unless you stop or pause your membership. You can use your store credit to shop anytime (with major perks!). Of course, you can cancel your membership at any time.

Please note that we are unable to refund store credits, and as such, we cannot refund Treasure U membership fees since the fees instantly convert into store credits.

You can still use your store credits to shop at any time.

The reason we are unable to refund store credits is that they work just like a gift card. Once we've issued the store credit, we cannot reclaim it, and therefore we cannot issue refunds for credits we cannot reclaim.

When members opt to check out with Treasure U at checkout, they receive an instant 10% off their order and any future orders they place. The customer is also able to combine their store credit with any storewide sale or promotion.

The customer will not be charged the membership fee once they place the order. However, 30 days after their initial purchase, they will be charged the membership fee of £20/$27. By continuing to use Treasure U after the initial purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.
